Professional biography sketch

Tung-Chou Chen received the Ph.D. degree in electronics from National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 2003. From 2003 to 2009, he was with the Department of Communication Engineering, Chung Hua University, Taiwan, R.O.C. He is currently with the Graduate Institute of Communications Engineering, National Changhua University of Education, Taiwan R.O.C., where he is an Associate Professor. His research interests include digital transmission system, coding theory, and related VLSI circuits design.
